The medicine compound includes two or more components of nutro-pyridazol, penicillins, macrocyclic lactones, bismuth salts, ranitidine and its hydrochlorides and omeprazole in certain proportion.

They are all versions of a drug known as ranitidine, and the FDA says they may be tainted with a cancer-causing chemical.

In April 2020, the Food and Drug Administration called for all ranitidine drugs (often sold under the brand name Zantac) to be pulled from store shelves because they contained a known carcinogen.
